Subject: Thursday Walk
Hi Peter,
Good seeing you today. Sorry the CT Warbler was missing for a bit while you were there.
Well, it was a great day. Good group, very nice cool weather, and lots of birds. Probably Northern Parula takes the award for most numerous species.
We had 18 species of warblers and 5 species of vireos...
Highlights:
Connecticut Warbler seen three times (thanks to Sean Sime)
Golden-winged Warbler near woodchip area (thanks to Paige)
Wilson's, Cape May, Magnolia, and more
Flyover Common Nighthawk
Up to four different Phila Vireos, and one Yellow-throated thanks to Kathy Toomey
In total 65 species.
Here's the list.
Best regards,
Tom
