Subject: Wed. birds
Hi Peter-
took a afternoon walk at the north end of the park after waiting for a cable guy. Note worthy was the Male Hooded Warbler next to broken staircase bellow Sullivan's Hill. Had good look at perfect bird then moved up the hill and no path to follow. Looked for it later when I got up top but could not relocate.
Also Pine, female black throated blue & northern parula Warblers.
Many blue headed vireos. My first sapsucker and numerous dark eyed juncos.
Phoebes and a greenish flycatcher could not ID.
sparrows: white throated, swamp and song at Vale.
Flyover of 2 turkey vultures. but the hit was the hooded. hope it is refound by Tom.
