- Comments: "Large immature hawk with tear drop shaped streaks covering entire breast/stomach, noticeably small head, and white eye brow. Observed perching high in trees just south of feeders starting at 5:45 and then hunting very low in trees while being mobbed by blue jays north east of the Maryland monument."
