The ballfields in Prospect was quiet today saved for a few Palm Warblers, Chipping and Song sparrows. Otherwise a few regular birds.
Lotus reported on her way on from the Bartel entrance a PINE WARBLER . This bird was seen in the pines on the left side of the lot. A HERMIT THRUSH also sped along there.
The weedy border on the Tennis House south side is sometimes active. Nothing rare but for a few SONG SPARROWS, COMMON YELLOWTHROAT,and SWAMP SPARROW,
I heard from Kathy Toomey that she and Dennis H had the Vesper Sparrow yesterday afternoon at 545 between field 2 and 3 dugouts; But a no show for today.
