- Comments: "Doug G spotted it flying over the lake and scattering the gulls. It landed on the frozen surface of the lake, walked around a bit, and then took off again after about 10 minutes.. Not quite completely mature, probably 4th year bird. The head and the tail were almost but not completely white. Doug noticed that there was a band on one of the legs. Photos attached."
