Among finds by today's birdathon teams, the astounding number of Cerulean warblers is a big deal. . Even at three total, this is a high number for this rare warbler. Maybe it's all the good ears now.
Three locations contained the Cerulean. First it was the Vale Cashmere- both early morning then late afternoon. The second one was located behind Lichtfield Villa. And last, the third on the path approach to Lookout hills Butterfly meadow.
Of note was a possible Bicknells Thrush at Litchfield Villa. That one takes a good ear to verify.
It's music to ones ears : a pair of park rarity Blue winged Teals were seen at Music Island near Lefrak Rink.
