Chunky blue bunting with huge bill and orange showing on flanks.

- Comments: "Great find by David Jeffries! Beautiful bird with vivid dark blue plumage, appearing almost black at a distance, but bright in bins and at the right angle. Bright rusty red in wings and some on head. Was still on harbor view lawn when I arrived, then spent a while on bridge lawn, then back to harbor"
