It was a great outing despite the breezy weather, bookended by two iconic Green-Wood birds: the parrots at the entrance, with a bonus appearance by a pair of red tailed hawks who may be attempting to nest on top of them (we'll see how that goes); and the now-fully adult red-headed woodpecker.

We had about 30 participants at our largest, including visitors from out-of-state and out-of-the-country, and a newborn baby.  Several were birding the cemetery for the first time.
