The first waterthrush showed up, almost always LOUISIANA-- before Northern --in Prospects Ravine area.
Mike Yuan confirmed a waterthrush reported around the Upper Pool that was a LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH. It made headway from the Esdale bridge into the Ravine along the Ambergill watercourse.

There is a reliable field mark with the eye supercilium, the line above the eye at the tail end: the line flares out on a Louisiana but pinches on a Northern
Other reported warbler species came in as well. Rafael reported BLACK &WHITE and PALM along with the already present PINEs.
BROWN CREEPERs are around , YELLOW BELLIED SAPSUCKERs as well
On the lake,RINGNECKED,WOOD, COMMON MERGANSGER are some of the good ducks .On the THree Sisters, 5 GREAT BLUE HERON remain.
