- Comments: "Most likely a continuing individual. First seen as a flyover near the Maryland Monument, low and northbound toward the pools, and later seen on the Upper Pool foraging on the ice. Blackbird with long, club-shaped tail, pale eye, and rusty feather edges on dark brown-gray body. Was vocalizing too."
