Louisiana Waterthrush (Parkesia motacilla) (1)
- Reported Aug 08, 2021 21:38 by Kathy Willens
- Prospect Park--Lullwater, Kings, New York
- Map: http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&t=p&z=13&q=40.6596106,-73.9663553&ll=40.6596106,-73.9663553

- Comments: "Spotted at dusk during a rainstorm. Bird was tiny, bobbing it's tail while foraging through puddles along a path adjacent to the Lullwater. Seen with no bins (aargh!) in fading light, I was unable to spot pink legs.  GISS… less streaking and a broader supercilium, overall whiter breast and flanks, hence LOWA and not Northern."
