I received a text from a birder that some people were trapping turtles with a net at West Island over at the south end of Prospect Lake.
My boss promptly called the NYC Urban Park Rangers stationed at Fort Greene Park in the downtown Brooklyn area.
If anytime, for speedy action, one should promptly call the rangers at this number to save time ( as sometime i am busy in the work field) going thru me.
