Looking for something to do in the dog days of summer? Join naturalist Matthew Wills (https://matthewwills.com) and explore the world of insects. Birds are beautiful, but insects may be even cooler. And they’re certainly more abundant.
Walks will be held every Friday from July 16th through August 13th, at 10 a.m.
Be sure to sign up early, as we’re limiting the walks to 10 people. We’re giving priority to members and also to people who can stay for the full 2 hours of the walk.
Important notes about registration:
Registration is by email only, to: 12Toms@gmail.com The registration period will open at 7 p.m. on the Tuesday before each Friday walk and will close at midnight on Wednesday. Current club members will receive priority as will people who can stay for the whole walk. Each person must register individually; you may not register additional participants. If you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer someone your spot; no-shows will be moved to the bottom of the list for future walks.
Vaccinated participants are not required to mask; but we request that any non-vaccinated participants wear a mask at all times.
Exact meet-up location will be provided upon registration.
