117 species today including a highlight RED HEADED WOODPECKER, first reported on Lookout Hill's south slope above the Maryland Monument.. more or less along the switchback trail.
A Bobolink is another highlight.
Earlier I along with the BBC group watched intently a big sycamore maple tree (left of the MD Monument) with 4 Cape May Warblers. Tough for me trying to see one in the leafed out tree but one I did see offered a great view of its backside..😆
