We are trying to figure out the species,photo from Jennifer Kepler today.Chris E suggested juvenile MISSISSIPPI KITE (MIKI)  stay tuned. But I concur its likely this species even though I haven't seen one juvenile..

UPDATE : CORNELL EBird coordinator Doug Gochfel weighed in and says it is a MISSISSIPPI KITE.Congrats to Jennifer on her SECOND KITE species find this spring and to Chris Elliot following up on the sighting identification.This is simply an awesome find...
