Hi Peter,

It was a very lovely day for birding today. The park was so quite and the bird were so active and cooperative. there were few FOS birds for me. The highlights of the walk was the Louisiana Warbler at its usual spots (Ravine and Ambergill fall). Two Towhees were in the Thumb. Tow Kingfishers (male and female) chasing each other over the Lower Lullwater. A Brown thrasher and 4 waxwings at the Vale. An Osprey was trying to eat a fish, but he kept running away with it every time a person walked under his high perch. Other FOS were the two beautiful Blue-Gray Gnatcatchers. (I inserted three pictures: the Louisiana Warbler, one of the Towhees and the female kingfisher which I saw for the first time today)
