I didn't get out till late. But besides a few warblers, an outstanding sight for me was the perched MERLIN. Sitting still for a good five minutes , kathy n I watched the dark falcon in a partial snag next to the lakeshore near Well Drive junction.
Along the way , we both saw Parula, black throated blue n green, blackpoll n magnolia warblers in close proximity. Later i watched a common yellowthroat male work furtively in the cove facing western 3 Sisters islands.

I could appreciate those several birds nowadays.
