Hi Peter,

Perseverance pays off. After 4 attempts at seeing the Bluebird, yesterday and today, I finally got a very good look at it this afternoon (thanks to Tripper). The blue color was beautiful under the sunlight. after few minutes, he picked up a worm from the ground not far from the lower pool and flew toward the island between the upper and lower pool. It might be his hiding place. Other FOS for me were Golden crowned kinglets (7 total; in the Ravine and the Lull Water), Great egret, Double crested cormorant. I saw three Great Blue Herons perched with the Great Egret on one tree in the Three Sisters Island. The Common Mergansers are down to one drake only.
Gus
