- Comments: "Seen in lower Lullwater right at dusk. Much smaller beak and almost neckless appearance compared to other Canada Goose"

- Comments: "Reported earlier by Shane & others; viewed from peninsula with Heydi and Gus. Smaller than even the runtiest of the accompanying Canada's, with a noticeably stumpy bill. Did not notice any striking difference in coloration. Pix taken by Heydi (I think by Gus too)."

- Comments: "Saw two of the three previously reported: smaller than nearby Canada Geese,
very small bills and very short necks, backs silvery compared to their darker tails, different than darker backs of nearby Canadas; one of the Cacklings was slightly bigger than the other"

- Comments: "Followed reports by Shane of three cackling geese on PP lake. From the SW corner, we picked out two together within a large CAGO flock. Noticeably smaller than those CAGO, with stubby, short, triangular bills. Josh and Tripper got photos."
