- Comments: "In tree w WAVI and REVI. Drab back & wings w pale eye stripe like WAVI, but dark lores and distinctly lemon yellow throat/breast. Also seen by Karen O, who was unable to take a photo; bird was feeding actively, offering good views from various angles but appearing and disappearing in foliage. In willow by lake, across from wellhouse containers."
