- Comments: "Finally! Large accipiter perched high above Maryland monument: heavily streaked underparts, distinct whitish (somewhat dingy)  eyebrow. Took off in a fast dive after something, disappeared into Lullwater. Seen with 6-7 excited observers, pretty sure others took pictures."
