seems like stories I have been hearing and reading out of Prospect Park points to a Wild Wild West sideshow: fisherman jumping fences into the protected Upper and Lower Pools, many dogs off leash in woodlands and grasslands ,hostile confrontations with rogue dog owners, vandalism fence breaks, so on so on and so on..
(almost like an anarchy in progress)
My suggestion is never confront miscreants.just call and pester Park Enforcement Patrol even with their spotty enforcement..you never going to win as a private citizen with those who easily and arrogantly ignore you and you risk harm to yourself and jeopardize your well being with hostile folks.
(who the heck needs the unnecessary stress?)
