- Comments: "Lifer, Park bird, and such a fun surprise! Was crossing Nethermead on a work call, headphones in, when I thought I caught a loud and quite unexpected "jip" call coming from the base of Lookout Hill. Paused to listen, then quickly hung up on my call so I could get a recording. The bird called for a little less than a minute and then took flight, heading east over Lullwater and toward the feeders. I walked out to Breeze Hill to see if I could relocate the bird but was unsuccessful. Hope others can find it. Sent the audio to Ryan M to confirm ID and for their thoughts on type (thank you so much, Ryan!). A great reminder that unexpected birds can turn up anytime, anywhere - even when you're on a work call!"
