- Comments: "*Early, juvenile circling fairly low near Orchard and Chapel; compact and fairly short-winged Buteo with only four slightly emarginated primaries creating a pointed wingtip at some angles, mostly unmarked pale underwing with dark outer primary tips, streaked throat with pale chin, and unique tail pattern showing thick terminal band and a few narrower bands further in."

- Comments: "*Early? Unmistakable friend-shaped flycatchers, with whimsical wagging tail. One flycatching from graves at Orchard and Landscape, the other at Crescent. Felt confident enough that they were different individuals due slight variation as well as moderate distance"

- Comments: "*Continuing unseasonal migrant found by Tom Preston two days ago. Popped out of the crabapple tree on the southern side of Dell around 5:19, and flew across to the larger (sp?) tree across the water. Seen again shortly after, only briefly and in flight."
