- Comments: "Warm brown tones on a steep forehead were immediately apparent on this bird. Flanks rusty too. An Adjacent female American wigeon provided comparison; it had a much grayer head than the American. In the NE corner as usual- this is a known location for this species though it's been a while. Didn't get a photo. The unobstructed view was too distant and the water too choppy. I was able to walk closer but the fence causes issues. It occurred to me that I may be able to get a shot around the side of the fence but the bird flew off in the direction of Bush terminal, accompanied by a male and female American wigeon"
