- Comments: "Minutes after stepping into green-wood at the 20th st. entrance, I spotted a gull close overhead that, in bright light, appeared all white on the underside. It stood out as an Iceland/Glaucous candidate. My camera battery died while attempting my first shots, as the bird was directly overhead. I managed a few photos as it departed, flying west over the 20th street edge of green-wood. It was possibly leaving prospect park or sheepshead bay, heading in the direction of South Brooklyn Marine Terminal. Big thanks to my birder friends for ID help! Adult Iceland Gull: near-white under wings and tips, pale-gray back with white trailing edge. Image."
