Posted by: "zach schwartz-weinstein" zachsw@ At about 9:30 this morning, I saw a chat fly from the fenced-in weedy area across the street from the peninsula north into the trees just west of the terrace bridge, where it perched for about 30 seconds before I lost it. Have not refound. The bird had spectacles, a bright yellow breast and throat. Undertail coverts were whitish.
