Work has finally begun on the West Pond restoration at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge! Thanks to all who made this possible and we all look forward to a return to its glory days - I'm sure a Barrow's Goldeneye or two will drop in there next fall. (photos by Don Riepe)
