First A rarity for the lake confirmed this afternoon. There is a LONG TAILED DUCK near the western shore reported by Sean Sime and Jen Kepler. This is near the WellHouse Drive.
Not much water open but in the corner of the Peninsula on the meadow side, three RINGNECKED DUCKS were seen with a drake Bufflehead.
Shovelers dominate and there was a reddish turning Ruddy Duck, a ordained sign of spring around the corner...
