Over the nabe north of GAP PLUS prospect where I saw it perched high around 230 ish above and behind the Wellhouse, with a bunch of people looking up.

- Comments: "I was alerted by blue jays screeching. Seen flying over St John's around Washington heading south towards Prospect Park. Very large dark bird with large plank-like wings slowing flapping. Distinct white tail and head. Set the other flying birds in a panic. Very exciting to see."
