This morning both Swainsons Hawk and presumed Western Meadowlark were reported in their usual locations. A few other quality birds surfaces at one of the spots.
The Swainsons continue to hang out at the Sims recycling center, seen from 32 ND street and 2nd Ave.
To the west ,Bush Terminal Pier park continues to yield the Western Meadowlark. I'm told the bird frequents the grassy shoreline opposite the orange bathrooms, along the path.
Two other notables worth pursuing at Bush TPP is the hen Eurasian Wigeon and Lesser Black backed Gull. On the latter, gulls are Bush's strong point despite construction enclosures.
