Philadelphia Vireo in prospect

On a brief note, a few sightings of Philly vireo to report.

One was seen on the dead ash tree on the perimeter of Butterfly meadow west side. It was reported later after noon in the same area under the big pin oak.

A second bird ( maybe the same) showed up along east lullwater below the terrace bridge, or south slope of breeze hill.

Pursuing rarity might be your thing. On my way to the nighthawk watch, and olive sided flycatcher  perched on the dead snag behind Maryland monument. In greenwood Cemetery, mourning warbler is the highlight.ill forward the checklist for more details.
