Greenwoods blues

A double dose of the blues as both Blue Grosbeaks and Indigo Buntings appeared at the Cemetery Dellwater area.

Birding maestro Gabriel Willow of NY Audubon reported 2 male Blue Grosbeaks and 3 Blue Indigo Buntings. Adding more good stuff Rose Breasted Grosbeaks and Solitary Sandpiper made news. A late Eastern Phoebe also appeared.

I only heard a brief note from Prospect. Ryan Candee posted about an active Vale Cashmere where he saw multiple Cape May Warblers with an array of other Warblers. All these were morning birds about 9 am.

Checking Ebird, nothing showed up much except Ryan Goldberg's post I cited earlier.
