Good omen for Osprey nest spot
My friend and environmentalist Bart Chezar sent me a photo taken by a staff person inside the soon to be open Bush Terminal Pier Park in western Sunset Park. The nest platform was built by I think the Harbor School under Bart's coordination . I picked the platform location in that park, over open water.
The photo was taken July 31st . We are hoping good things in spring 2014 and good memory then by the bird.
