Hello Friends,

 

Members of WILD for Prospect Park-  http://www.wildforprospectpark.com/ will be venturing out to do a Lakeside Cleanup and Visitor Outreach on Saturday, August 17th from 12:00pm-2:00pm- This month we will focus on the Ocean Ave/Parkside Ave side of the lake.

 

We will scan the banks of the watercourse for harmful debris such as plastic, fishing line and hooks as well as reach out to visitors on the effects of feeding waterfowl and how they can become better stewards of the park's wildlife. 

 

When: Saturday, August 17th

 

Time:   12:00pm - 2:00pm

 

Where: Meet at the location of Prospect Park's "Pop-Up Audubon"- Look for a big Orange Tent that will located near Wellhouse Drive.
