Important Note from BBC on in person meetings, good to see it,

Subject: Brooklyn Bird Club Fall Meetings

Dear Members,

Our Fall meetings will be back in person! Please check out our selection of topics on our BBC website here.

Please note a fairly major caveat, due to covid practices at Brooklyn Public Library, there is a capacity limit of 55 people total in our usual meeting space, within Info Commons:

  • You MUST reserve a (free) ticket to attend and present that at the event.
  • Please do not reserve a ticket and not show up, we want this opportunity to be for everyone who is able to join us.
  • If you reserve a ticket and can no longer make it, be sure to release your ticket so another can claim it, on the eventbrite confirmation you received.
  • Tickets will be available up until 30 minutes prior to the event starting.

A link to reserve a ticket and/or view availability of tickets is embedded within the description for each individual meeting.

Please note another change to our meetings:

Due to the library's new hours, meetings will begin at 6:30PM sharp and end at 7:45PM, as the library now closes at 8:00PM.

We also will be working with the library and adhering to recommendations for covid safety, please note that in-person meetings can become zoom meetings if covid levels and library protocols change, and we will alert members and ticket-holders to those changes.

We appreciate your patience as we try to get ourselves back to normal, thank you!
