- Comments: "Continuing north of Dog Beach, near the area of  4/23 sightings and subsequent refindings by Julian and Michael today. Observed at ~5:40, foraging in the shallows for several minutes before tucking itself away in the vegetation, and again around 7:10, making its way down the bank. Small, dark rail with gray face and orange bill. Doc photos."
