Prospect Oct 2nd : Switchback/lookout Big Sit; Blue Grosbeak

The big news is  the continuing BLUE GROSBEAK spotted by Rob Bate reported at the base of the wood chip trail i assume is lookout hill's switchback trail.

Speaking of the latter, Keir had a Big Sit , more like a stationary birding from 730 to 9am and tallied 47 species in the general area. This is the place to be as it has been all fall migration due to the abundant wildflowers and other flora that offers food and dense cover. See Keir's list below.
