April 22nd Earth Day is today;PP report

Day's outlook : still chilly winds from the north has delayed migration. Activity was slow , nothing new except what was already here. Best species is WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILL , three seen on the Lookout Hill Butterfly meadow.

NOTE: each day after April 8th ( the latest historical  date for Prospect ) that the White-winged Crossbills are here is a RECORD.
