That kind of day when March blows in a good wind and a drake BUFFLEHEAD is seen on Prospect Lake. It was follwing closely a RUDDY Duck , the latter species numbering 128 birds. The hen AMERICAN WIGEON continues along the west shore.

Some GRACKLES landed by West Island , stayed a few minutes before departing; otherwise not much to report. My days are busy workdays.
