- Comments: "Previously reported at this location. Observed at 10-25 m foraging and standing on shore of rock pier. Immature plumage with dappled tan and white coloration. Overall fully white plumage. Black/dark bill and pink legs. Dark eye. Appeared significantly larger than nearby RBGU."
