Ambergill is for good tanagers

An astounding combo occurred on the Ravine Ambergill,a double dose of tanagers not Scarlet but WESTERN & SUMMER!

A first report of a great find by Tripper Paul when he found around 5pm the Western. It's a female or juvenile type, wingbars prominently seen.

Then there's the SUMMER TANAGER. Richard Payne found this bird about an hour later.

Meanwhile over at Greenwood Cemetery,Will Pollard observed a Scarlet Tanager. Strange where the species wound up in.

The YELLOW THROATED WARBLER popped up again. At the back of the Lower Pool ,found by Tim Graves, searching for the tanager. A GREEN HERON was also spotted there.

A hot Ravine tonight!
