Robins and snow

Obviously impacted by the snow this morning, I bet the robins were asking themselves, what the heck happened?

On every exposed ground patch, robins gathered in numbers. At the pine grove across from the Tennis House, at the edge of the band shell, I could see about thirty AMERICAN ROBINS under the boughs, searching the small open patches for food.Everywhere else was void of birds where snow covered the ground. A tough day for the robin.
