Osprey nest platform rises again...in another spot

My friend and Brooklyn environmentalist has done it again. In a second Osprey nest platform under his leadership and action, Bart Chezar is fulfilling conservation pro action for the local area. Joining the one at under development new park Bush Terminal Pier park, the second one has been erected at Governors Island Yankee Pier.  You can see this spot from the Brooklyn Heights promenade.
