Prospect March 28th a slow trickle

A very slow trickle of birds noted though salvaged by a brief appearance of the celebre VARIED THRUSH at the same usual spot; according to Janet Zinn the bird put in a quick 3 seconds looker perched on a limb and bye bye,vamoosh!

On my lunch hour ,hoping for Pine Warbler which I didn't get, though while crossing the Nethermead, 3 REDTAILED HAWKS were soaring ,then joined by 2 passing TURKEY VULTURES.

A nice sight as I was finishing up work were three GREAT BLUE HERONs flying ove the 9th Streeet Propagation area ( "Propsite" ) around 3pm.

Kathy Toomey reported GOLDEN CROWNED KINGLET at the Lull water cove this afternoon...so slowly they trickle in...
