A non birding friend stopped me and showed me a cell phone photo of a warbler on the ground that I identified as an OVENBIRD. It was next to a coal recycle bin on the north side of the Picnic House. I went there to look unsuccessfully. She said the bird was looking weak .This was this past Friday
Today , reported by Gus Keri and later Peter Colen of PURPLE FINCHES at the feeders , up to 5. One was a male. Also a male at the Esdale Bridge according to Gus.
