Hi Peter,
Hope you're very well. Were you working in the Sparrow Bowl today? I thought maybe we saw you.

Well, we had so many people sign up for the walk that, as you know, we did 2 groups, thanks very much to Karen. I believe we ended up with the same birds, but the list  below is just what I saw (Karen: we found your purple finch and I heard a siskin group fly over on our way back through the vale....)

We ended up with 74 species...!!!  And Karen may be able to add to the list.
Highlights: a Bald Eagle flyover plus 7 Turkey Vultures, Peregrine, Sharp-shinned, Cooper's (including one that serenaded us on our way back through the midwood), and Kestrel; 18 species of warblers ! including a great Blackburnian found by Anthony; 4 green-winged teal, lots of golden-crowned kinglets; and Karen had 17 or so Pine Siskin in the Vale.

Here's the list.  I'll post some pictures over the weekend, hopefully...

Best regards,
Tom
