During today's slowdown, the best thing done was watch the puddle at Falkill Falls. With the water turned off, birds took advantage.
When I passed by in my vehicle, I saw Kathy T sitting on the bench. And she said these birds were seen bathing in the puddle: female Blue Grosbeak, some Pine Siskins, Solitary Sandpiper. After my shift ended 4 pm, I only found several pretty American Goldfinches. There was found by other birders above Indigo Bunting, Purple Finch and Eastern Kingbird.
With the big overnight migration forecasted, it might be a great spot to check Thursday.
