Peter:

Here is the list of the birds recorded today on the BBC walk.  We really had a great time.  By the time we started, around 24 birdwatchers were present.  By 1220 hrs, I called for go home.

Our 2 best ones were a male Hooded Warbler, seen behind the Upper Pool.  Later we had the tweet of the Cerulean observed in the early hours at Lookout Hill, spotted by Ed Crowne.  Later Ed joined us, and we were very lucky, thanks to Ed, to relocated this beautiful male warbler.  All the participants at this point, saw it, and heard his voice.

Attached are some pics taken of the participants looking at the CEWA.

Have a great day:

Comments:    Today I led a group of about 24 avid birders on the BBC Thursday Bird Walk.  The 2 highligths were, both males: Hooded & Cerulean Warblers.  Clear skies, a little chilly, and windy at the end of the walk.
