yellow Throated Vireo
Marc Brawer noted a bird seen on the Peninsula this morning that he suspected to be YT Vireo
Based on a bad angle photograph it is the YT Vireo whereas the yellow eye spectacle is seen. Another pic shows the wing bars here's one photo
